  • Log retention: Cloudflare automatically collects server log data (including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and request timestamps). This data is retained for a maximum of 24 hours, after which it is anonymised or deleted.

Amplitude Analytics (EU)

We use Amplitude to analyse user behaviour on our website and improve our services. All data processing takes place exclusively via Amplitude's EU infrastructure.

  • Legal basis: Analytics data is processed on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
  • EU-only data processing: All analytics data is transmitted exclusively to Amplitude's EU endpoint (api.eu.amplitude.com) and processed on EU-based servers. No transfer to third countries takes place.
  • IP address: Your IP address is not transmitted to Amplitude. We use Amplitude's privacy-focused configuration, which entirely excludes the collection of IP addresses.
  • Retention: Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted.
  • Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw your consent to analytics tracking at any time via the cookie settings. Your choice is saved in a cookie on your device.
